Only 3-day vending options are being made available in 2023. Early-bird savings of $100 available if you purchase your space before February 13, 2023.
Vending spaces will consist of one (1) 6′ table, two chairs, a waste can, and a maximum area of 10′ x 10′. Vendors needing additional space may purchase up to two additional tables. Payment must be received before space will be officially assigned.

Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to info@ncbsonline.org. Cancellations received 1 month before the conference will be issued a full refund. Any cancellation made within 30 days of the conference will not be refunded. Vendors will not be permitted to carry over a non-refunded cancellation to a future conference.
