Conference Vending


Thank you for your interest to be a vendor at our 48th Annual Conference in San Jose, CA at the Hilton San Jose.

There are vending opportunities still available even though it is states “Available on backorder”.  Please process your order and select payment option “Pay At Conference” to be placed in a cue.  After doing so please send an email to and place Interested in Vending in the subject line.  Due to a high number of book publishers already confirmed we are reserving our remaining spots for Artisans (jewelry, oils, accessories) in hopes of rounding out our limited vending opportunities.  Please include your: Name, Business Name, description of your merchandise, a website (if available) and a phone number and someone will reach out to you to confirm if you have been selected.

Vending spaces will consist of one (1) 6′ table, two chairs, a waste can, and a maximum area of 10′ x 10′.  Payment must be received before space will be officially assigned.  Vendors in the cue will be invoiced and payment must be received prior to arrival given the limited number of spaces available.

Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing  to Cancellations received 1 month before the conference will be issued a full refund.  Any cancellation made within 30 days of the conference will not be refunded.  Vendors will not be permitted to carry over a non-refunded cancellation to a future conference.
